Tools

The Platform comes with a set of command line tools to perform further analysis and postprocessing tasks.

    * `Plotter <../tutorials/plotter.html>`_ to create a range of custom plots and highlight the relevant features of your simulation.
    * `Converter <converter.html>`_ to convert trajectories between PDB and XTC format.
    * `Pathway Extractor <extractor.html>`_ to extract ligand pathways from a PELE simulation.
